I have owned guns my whole life, but i also know that its pointless to carry one in public or even outside your own home because correct me if im wrong if i shoot and kill someone outside of my home, im going to prison law abiding citizens do not do well in prison. I do not agree with the law but it is considered murder, at least it is in Louisiana as far as i know. Now if my family is threatened i would shoot to kill and go to prison selflessly, shouldn't there be laws to protect the use of a firarm in extreme cases of self defense, or is there?
