The case raises serious questions about the role played by the nation's largest teacher union in electing Barack Obama and scores of other Far Left, pro-forced-unionism politicians last year.

It's these private toll contracts (CDAs/PPPs) that are essential to railroad the Trans Texas Corridor and create a road building slush fund!

There is a 04/30/09 article in the Chicago Trib titled Fight stirs over UN treaty on children written by David Crary. If ratified this treaty would give government and UN officals authority to interfere with parental authority. In the article there is a quote by Meg Gardinier "no UN treaty will every usurp the national sovereignty of this country" [USA}. What Ms. Gardinier doesn't say is after the treaty is ratified it becomes the law of the land and the U.S. government will then pass Federal laws to infringe on parental rights to direct the upbringing and education of their children.

Daily Americans are told by our government to sacrifice. However, as we sacrifice the congress and the President continue to receive automatic pay increases, lucrative pension benefits, expenses health care benefits, car and rent allowances, travel accounts, etc…… When will congress sacrifice? According to my Senator, never! Has anyone else contacted their Senators and Congressmen to ask them to cut back on their benefits and congressional office budget? Why should the taxpayers reward the failure of government?

Education must require students to: read the writings of the Founding Fathers and understand the founding principles of freedom. Students must be taught history (not revisionist history). Schools should be politically free zones, ending the educational propaganda machine that now controls the classroom. X-terrorists like Bill Ayers should be thrown out of the educational system . It is outrages Bill Ayers is considered an acclaimed professor of childhood development at the University of Chicago and is speaking to highschool students (example - Naperville, Il. highschool, Friday 04/08/09). Radicals are teaching our children and that MUST STOP.

What about the right to privacy? Individuals have the right to “choose” medical procedures. The Roe v. Wade decision was based primarily on the Ninth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution – the right to privacy. Under this Supreme Court ruling the federal government does NOT have the authority to “restrict” medical care.
