I have to disagree that there are no intersections. You have an intersection at 119th Street, where the bus stop is. The speed limit is 35, but the recommended speed is 30 because of blind driveways due to hills. I will agree that it is not well lit at that time of morning. However with fog and the blind hills, drivers should not be going the speed limit right there. I'm always being tailgated when I pass that stretch. Too many people in a hurry.

From what I heard, is that the prosecutor does not have enough evidence to convict. Therefore, there are no charges. If the prosecutor went ahead and charged and tried them with this lack of evidence, then they will get off. Once that happens, you can't charge them again. That whole double jeopardy thing. For now, they have to wait until they get the evidence to convict.

This reminds me of my great-grandparents, but they were put into nursing homes. Separate nursing homes. G. Grandma passed away and G. Grandpa knew something was wrong. He also passed within 20 hours. He couldn't bear living without her in this world. This situation, while tragic, is a true love story. He loved her so much that he eased her of her pain. I couldn't even imagine what he endured. He then followed her. God bless both these people and comfort those left behind.

I also read about a mom who was sleeping with her son's hockey team. They were 14-15 year old boys. Not sure what is with people, but come on! Libragirl, I don't care if you worked for an electrical contractor, that doesn't mean you know anything about electricity. The ignorance in your post tells me you don't know much, or just enough to be dangerous. First off, as posted earlier, there is very little chance that this guy got 240 Volts. That would be a difficult and complex task to rewire the saw in such a manner. He got 1 leg of the 240, which is 120 volts. That is much easier to do. Second, it's the amperes that kill and it only takes between 5 mA and 10 mA through the heart to send the it into fibrillation. Please educated yourself before posting.
