This "compassionate release" lie is a thin veil for the real quid pro quo. The Lockerbie bomber's release is merely another jizya payment on Kaddafi's terrorist extortion demand for securing release of his raped and tortured EU nurse hostages.

Yet another intellectually lazy-eyed attempt to justify violent Qu'ranic doctrine by ('tu quoque') reference to violent Biblical verses.

The Qur'an and Islam remain ossified and unchangeable. Pedophilia-advocates simply can't cite an authoritative Muslim reform movement that disowns the violent verses of jihad. Sadly, Islam has too many ossified strictures to evolve or mutate into anything benign (especially at the rate the malignant elements are growing) no matter which mahdhab it follows.

Conversely, Christianity can plainly cite mainstream doctrines of Dispensationalism (Protestant) and Convenentalism (Catholic) to understand God's progressive revelation of His Will in the context of these violent Old Testament verses.
