As far as hanging with positive people, there are going to be ups and downs especially when dealing with people. I agree with you. No one can be on all the time--and people change (contrary to popular belief) due to events and things they let creep into their own lives. But, overall, when you pick good, stable influences to be your inner circle, you can't lose.
