no, RC is a business so they're in it to make money. If they could of gotten a better deal from someplace else then they would have went there. I doubt they will have to pay for parking, I thought they were going to give business breaks on that if they brought their offices downtown???? CR is a sad city of what it once used to be, and now I read something about becoming a "sanctuary city"...oh yea
