Maybe Herb should do some more research before he spouts off "things" that contribute to air pollutants; such as a woodstove. Old woodstoves? Fireplaces? ahhhhh.

Nice call Gogorat!!!! Herb mentioned several polluting "things" that cause air pollution. One of those things was "woodstoves." Example: An old woodstove (PRE late 80's), from a particulant matter (PM), was up near 70 grams of smoke per hour. In the late 80's, certifiied stoves were developed. The current "Grams Per Hour" for Washington state is 4.5 gph. Figure that percentage difference. One thing that Herb did not mention was that "open fireplace" and Old Uncertified Stoves are major air pollution contributors. Just a thought.
