Where is the media coverage of this part of the story? It seems that the Iowa City bar owners have opted to ignore the new 21 + ordinance, and then claim the old Casablanca "shocked" defense when someone under 21 is arrested at their bar. If Vito's called the police to get Hampton out of there, they obviously weren't concerned that they would be punished for their actions (as noted above).
