I myself can not see why it is so difficult to taser an animal because it’s just like shooting a gun, Aim at your target and pull the trigger. How hard is that? I listen to the scanner some nights and Our police are sometimes very busy but what really bothers me is when I read the news paper and watch the news the next day there is nothing posted about halve the stuff that is really going on.
