Thanks for the reply Ben, but if a traditional dry sauna heater switches off because it is too hot then it probably is! :-) ...Plus some come with rocks which would allow you to add some oils/inhalant of choice etc., to your (filtered) water to get some steam effects too... All assuming the EMF were within a tolerable margin of course.

Hi Ben, did you consider simply installing a dedicated (traditional) Sauna Heater?
