If you can hire a teen for less pay than you are more likely to hire them and train them for a future job with hirer pay. I don&#039;t even dream of reading a text when I am in high traffic or on a road I am unfamilar with but yes I do text while driving occasionally. I have been in the car with my Mom when she has tried to answer a phone call and drive and that is scarier to me than most teens texting while driving. I think the dangers of texting and driving not only come from being an unexperienced driver but also being unfamilar with your phone. Todays teens spend so much time with their phone that it is second nature to send a text, sadly adults are probably a greater risk to be using a phone while driving. I don&#039;t think a law needs to be passed to make texting illegal while driving, it should be a common sense issue like driving slower in the rain.
