I can understand working with other countrys to try to get rid of nukes however if any country has them we need to have them. If a country has them they will be less likely to use them if we have them as well. What I am concerned about is Obama cutting other defense on top of this. Scary I guess he needs to cut defense so he can fight the evil ghost of Climate change.
