His attitude was that he was there for a purpose, even if he meant his puropse there was to sharpen the Dr.'s skills in treating old people. He always had something good to say about the day or for the people who worked with him or visited him. He alaways had plenty of visitors as he was a pleasure to be around. He viewed his existence to make the people around him have a better day. He wasn't always this way until he devoted his life to the Lord. After that he had the wind on his back and life was good in his eyes. My Mother and Father's oldest child was born handicapped and the raised her as an invalid being she had cerebral Palsy and she could not see (blind), She lived till she was 9 yrs of age and there were times she was difficult one to satisfy, I cannot nor will I dramatize the issues they were saddled with. They kept her in the home for 9 yrs with only the 2 months of her life she was institutionalized due to the care she needed and my parents were unable to give. She died of choking one her flem she would try to cough up. Truly an act of God for to be taken from this life to heaven. I do believe peop;e working and constantly being in contact with these cases, get real hard and callus to these situations to combat their own sanity. I am a firm believer that God only gives you situations you can handle and with faith in him you can endure.
