Sorry, I believe you are in error. Our founding fathers were only against State Sponsored Religion. As in The Church of England where they came from. They founded our documents and articles on the basis of Christian and Jewish religious teachings. You can find out this fact in many, many of their writings. Sad to say, you cannot believe everything that's taught in our schools now. History has been perverted just as our government and our Supreme Court has. And you don't throw out the baby with the bathwater. People are only human and there will always be those who twist things to their own ends. But, that dosen't make the underlying values wrong.

I reply to a 2 day old post and don't know where that puts it so I'm also placing it up here;
Right-on Old Texan. And a point to the "if you don't work you don't eat". That is actually Biblical - 2nd Thessalonians 3:10, and was instituted in Plymouth Mass. in 1623 by Governor William Bradford. This concept kept them from starvation that winter and put them on the road to prosperity. I would recommend the book, Under God by Toby Mac and Michael Tait for a taste of true history; not what they push in the schools nowadays. We've come a long, long way from where our founding fathers envisioned us to be. My "feelings" would be for a tearing down of the whole system and starting a-fresh but don't think the rest of the world would leave us alone long enough to sort it all out.

Hi Brenda, The only reason we get so many changes is the government has become too unnecessarily complicated. We could cut the government in half and not even know it. I know it's been over 200 years but our founding fathers never even envisioned government employment as a full time position.Now look at it.

I do not have the technical computer knowledge to create a web page or things of that nature. When I graduated in 1965 there weren't any PC's. Even though our school in Oradell N.J. was a good one we didn't have any computers. But, if someone wants to start this rolling I would be happy to help as I could. It would be fantastic if Glenn would do this through this media. There is power in numbers. Politicians will do as you wish when they are threatened by votes quicker than their conscience.

If you want our country taken back peacefully we have to cut their power and money. And the only way to do that is with term limits for all the house members and all the senators. We need to band together to form power in the form of a voting block and take on each elected official as they are up for re-election. If they,(as some have done) put term limits on themselves and strive for it to become law, we promise to stand for them. If they do not we must promise to do everything in our power to see them defeated, no matter what party they claim. We must also pray for the U.S. of A. that The Lords Blessings not be taken away from us.
With that is mind I still leave open option B; if the minutemen come marching by, even though I'm over 60, I'm jumping right in line.
