City council and police chief were warned last fall about certain black officers(3 of them) who were out of control and handcuffed other blacks for no reason then turned them loose. By not disciplined them, they were allowed to go pass the thin blue line to be later used as scape goats for the elite in command. Now tax payers will have to pay for poor leadership. Puranda thought he was above punishment as it clearly shows he has no respect for the badge or the oath he took. Blame his superiors on this one.
