Instead, I just do a review of what I've set out, just as I would at the end of every quarter. I've always found that setting shorter term goals inside the framework of longer-term goals, is the best way to go. So while I think about what I'm trying to achieve in the next year, I focus most of my energy on what I can make happen in the next 90 days that will move me closer to the bigger goal. That way it seems to urgent, more "now", and breaks it into smaller pieces that are easier to absorb and execute on. Great comment and thanks also for your great insight from our conversations.
