That is not a personal attack. take a deep look at some of the remarks Michelle made to commenters on her previous article for personal attacks. Or that you allowe dhe rto make fun of me in 2 articles.. Kate that was your approved action.I appreciate this dance into internet writing. I dropped my Elephant Journal committee this morning and have no desire to wangle in this argument. I need to stop getting comments sent to my emails.. Happy Thanksgiving everyone

I am upset because she has put me in 2 articles . I am bothered by her mean comments to readers who disagreed with her previous articles. i dislike her undercutting style of humor. I know many core power teachers who are not sarcastic mean spirited. i feel very uncomfortable by her kind of humor. I have now dropped the committee I was on for elephant journal ; am taking a break from elephant journal and appreciate this lesson into internet writing. Life is valuable and I move on.

yoga is so important it saved my life an dit will save yours and Waylon's. I don't write those kind of articles. I jumped into yoga at a tough time in my life and I am blessed for doing so. I jumped in and learned a lot and submit articles about deeper and more meaningful lessons learned. yet, some times I enjoy reading about others lifesw being saved.

write to Elephant Journal about it. It's time to write the editors about this. Artilcles which show such disregard for yogis and include personal attacks and presumptions make yoga, yoga teachers and her studio look bad.

What again is the point of saying yogis in CO don't shower? You have made a name for yourslelf as a sarcastic writer. This piece seems to be bringing out more negative criticism to your judgmental and sarcastic fingerpointing. Having a student with the wrong leg forward is a much different distraction than having one using a cellphone in class. The lack of common sense and hurtful comical writing is yours and causes ire and hurt in others. I hope some day you open to a nicer sweeter person.

well practicing at home is nto good for teacher trainees.. if they are doign the same thign over and over without correction and without the group learnign which should happen in a class in which they observe the teacher adjusting others, words, pauses, changes, mistakes etc..

I hope it works out." with a tone of it won't .. what to do?/ Those kind of comments feel like a slug in the stomach.I have tried.. no comment, a slight smile, an " ok", an " well I am sur eof it. I do know" and yet and yet.. the feeling of UGH over-rides. Ideas?

wow, why are yoga teacher trainees not practicing yoga? That sounds like an ineffective program. It should simlpy be mandatory as part of the program that a number - 5?- or so classes be taken at the studio weekly. There should be a low fee or the classes included. NO yoga teacher trained should be not practing wiht community, other students and no teachers. Rewrite those requirements. You ar e the certifying teacher. You can give the cert or NOT.
