If our children can read a book, write a sentance and do basic math as well as learn the history of this great country, we may see basic scores start going up. The limited educational funds we have need to teach all children, unfortunatley this does not give a few 5th graders that are intrested in engineering and mathematics to put the general education of others at risk.
