Word on the street has it, too much protein causes you to piss out calcium from your bones. It can certainly be difficult to get enough protein as a vegan/ vegetarian. A lot of "meatless protein" options are highly processed and shipped from China, so is a lot of food. I never had the dedication to sprouting beans/ nuts as a vegan. Now I'm a much less gassy omnivore.
