I agree that fire is an essential tool of Nature to both help and destroy an Eco- System. Some of the plants and their seeds need the heat produced by fire to germinate. Fires also cleans out the old and allows the new to grow thus feeding the critters of the forest. My initial comment was done to elicit some kind of response.
