I'd love to see KATU take this story one step further and do a little research to see if the landlord's fears are indeed legitimate. In order to keep offensive flags and signs off of his property - and avoid a lawsuit if he allows only the American flag - he may be taking extreme measures needlessly. I can't imagine that our American flag cannot be flown exclusively without fear of litigation!
