Sorry to say this but all this is just poor excuse due to a win of apple against all us... When i upgraded the 3gs to the 6.15.00 bb it was the first day of this release for unlocking the 3gs and it was the only way . ofc we did it , as we wanted our phone to work at least as a phone :P After somedays (4-5) our friends (who i do appreciate with all the help they provide to us everytime ) noticed by user comments that this bb just destroys the GPS signal . But it was late. Already so many ppl had already upgraded the bb for an unlock. Im sorry guys but all have to admit that at least for this part (and i think its the only part so far) ,Apple WINS :/ As for me , ive already bought a Iphone 4 cause i could not afford of having a 3gs not working properly. Thanks for reading . PS i wonder what if i would give the 3gs with the bb 6.15.00 to Apple service . Would they fix it even i have to pay for it ? Thanks

have 3gs and unlocked it with 6.15.00 bb and ultrasn0w.No GPS. there are so many months w/o a solution :/ i thought iafter iphone 4 unlock the team would focus on this. am i wrong ? i hope somebody have any news cause there are so many months now without gps :/ i think its the only "black" part on the great history of devteam tries :/

Hi there. Im trapped in a iphone 3gs with 6.15.00 and NO GPS. I know you had told us before some months that we may gonna have a solution with a fix (maybe bb downgrader) . Still no any news. At least give us a Sign that you have Not abandoned this project and we still have a hope. Any scedule ? any moderator than knows , please answer me. Thank you in advance

Same here. I bought my ip4 last week. was with ios 4.2.1 . Cydia and tiny could only save 4.2.1 shsh . So we cannot have an Untethered Jb ?? its unfair :/

The problem with the GPS exists and you are just lucky. Try not to discuss about settings ... There is not any settings issue there. We all are waiting patiently for an ... "angel fix" . Is this normal or i should see "my network name" activated? 2)i always liked to change carrier logos (the png pictures) . Now i am not able to change. I have the official pngs and even i change the picures inside my network id carrier folder , seems the phone doesnt use the same folder for the pngs. Anybody knows why ? Thank you in advance

I managed to activated through itunes with that way based on update #6 . i have 2 questions please. 1) it says wildcard activated. Is this normal or i should see "my network name" activated? 2)i always liked to change carrier logos (the png pictures) . Now i am not able to change. I have the official pngs and even i change the picures inside my network id carrier folder , seems the phone doesnt use the same folder for the pngs. Anybody knows why ? Thank you in advance

Well if helps a bit, i have to share as well my big pain. After 06.15.00 on my 3gs , --->NO GPS . seems like it communicates with satellites like every 10 sec only for a short moment. And ofc that is not enough for a navigation software to track you and guide you . I hope Magicians of Dev Team will find a solution
