Big Government : Science, Smoking, Healthcare, All Prove Gov't Can't be Trusted

Smoking became an issue because it became a revenue source. Funny NYC lost over $35 million from revenue due to the smoking ban from business who lost income and over $25 million from lost wage revenue from people losing their jobs. But there was no lost income from the ban. Again the statistic resource was from those places that could increase pricing to make up for lost income. Those places that couldn't just went out of business. States have now become tobacco pushers, demanding sales only from their state as to not lose taxes.

Surprise the EPA lied about smoking statistics to push the money grab off an emotional issue after the gov. spent our money to build a media blitz about it, just as they are doing about weight and lifestyle ramifications. Its the play one against the other scam. Don't you just hate smokers, they raise your insurance. Don't you just hate obesity, it raises your costs. Gee, maybe they are the ones raising the costs by allowing insurance costs to be raised? If the insurance pools could be controlled by the buyers, then maybe they would insure all and we could live in peace.. Oh, yeah don't you just hate those 300,000 or more car drivers who are injured or killed each year, maybe we should get drivers out of the pool as well? New insurance questions: do you smoke, drink soda, watch tv, use a cell phone or drive a car.
