Hi there - I failed and lost my 2.2 jailbreak - was way behind on the software... so to get the phone back I used itunes restore in recovery... Now I should have 3.1.2 - the phone is in DFU mode right now doing an option+restore... the bar on the phone fills almost all the way up and now : an unknown error occurred (error 6)... this jailbreak restore is failing everytime time using latest pwnage tool to & itunes 9.0.1

please help

Hi - it sounds like you locked your baseband... from what I've read here this cannot be undone
