No, i was actually just backing my stuff up now, i simply wanted to know the technical reason why it wouldn't work. I'm the type of person that likes to know how things work rather than blindly doing them. To simply put it i wasn't bitching, i was just curious.

Is there a post anywhere talking about why OTA updated firmwares give the jailbreak the middle finger?

Tho itunes always errored out at the end, so i used redsn0w to activate/jb. now my phone (att) gets no signal, i know 03.10.01 doesnt play well with 4.3.1 and i cant get itunes to update it to 4.3.1's bb. so is there another way to update it to that bb or something?
