I think that if they want this tax to succeed then they should tax something that won't go away... because they're already beating this dead horse (cigarettes) too much.

They need to not rely on freegin child care taxes on something that does not pertain to children... try taxing day care services and see how far that goes... tax fatty foods, let's conquer obiesity for a change.
