The senate vote was on the amendment to the House Bill. I'm unsure of procedure but I don't think it has to go back to the House. So, at this point it may only need final Senate approval, and then it goes to el Presidente. if he vetoes it, it will require a 2/3 majority vote, which the House vote almost has. so basically what we have here, is either Obama vetoes the bill to keep ACORN housing funded, and keeps funding to his political machine going, or he signs it, and potentially loses re-election.
