I Downloaded the most recent beta and when i choose the 4.0.2 ipsw it dosn't recognize the firmware. Is this something that still needs an update or what?

The way it seems is that iTunes has hidden the 3.1.2 folder. I'm having the same issue.

I'm having trouble locating my 3.1.2 firmware. It is not currently in iPod Software Update and when i use time machine in the time after 3.1.1 and before 3.1.3 the software update folder is missing. Can someone help me?

I want to do the jail break on my ipod touch 2nd gen (MB) running 3.1.3 but i can't find the proper 3.1.2 firmware. I think this is the proper is iPod2,1_3.1.2_Restore.ipsw but i can't on my mac or on the internet. Can someone help me?

I am running mac osx and i have located my ipod software update folder and the contents are: iPod_14.1.3.1.ipsw
iPod_14.1.3.1.ipsw.signature
iPod_25.1.3.ipsw
iPod_25.1.3.ipswsignature
iPod2,1_3.1.3_7E18_Restore.ipsw
Which is it?

I have the 2nd gen ipod touch (MB) and i want to jailbreak it. i have downloaded redsn0w 0.9.4 but im not totally sure witch fireware to to get or were to get it. Can someone help me?
