Inside the Secret Life of a Super Affiliate - Zac Johnson dot Com : Make Money with In Text Advertising

There are a lot of factors that affect in-text advertising success... the amount of traffic to your site, who's visiting your site (is your average visitor looking to buy something), how well your content is written (keywords, saturation, etc), how well your content matches the available advertisers, etc. I run a similar service (in concept) called uContext.com that delivers contextual in-text Clickbank affiliate links. Through experience, I've discovered my service works well for some publishers and not for others. I suspect the same it true for InfoLinks. You have to test to find the one that works best for your content.

Inside the Secret Life of a Super Affiliate - Zac Johnson dot Com : A Picture is Worth a Thousand Keywords

That's a very interesting service. I wondered if it was automatic, but they actually have "product experts" that match images (with high enough traffic) to products. I'm guessing your need a respectable amount of traffic before your images start showing products.

Big Government : An Industry by Industry Look at the Stimulus Failure

I'm with HaulingAsh. If/when the Republicans get back control, we have to hold them accountable too. We can't all just sit back with a sigh of relief after the elections and "hope" the R's get things back together. There is an extreme right wing that would rather focus on insignificant things like gay marriage and stem cell research. There will be time for that later. We need to put the country back together again first.,

Big Government : GOV2.0: Personality Tests for Public Employees

As most private companies will probably attest, attitude on the job is an ongoing learning exercise by all employees. Especially in customer service. Compensation isn't the only factor in having happy employees. (We all know how well government employees are compensated.) Moral and achievement are important too. There is so much government bureaucracy could learn from private innovation and practice.

Big Government : The Top 7 Reasons Meg Whitman Will Beat Jerry Brown

I just hope that our refreshed conservative movement delivers, outlives, and holds to a higher ethical standard than the past. Its the same frustration with government on the flip-side that put Obama in office. When we get it back we need to hold on to it by never forgetting the principles that got us there and not fueling the stereotypes the liberals have for conservatives. I want to see politicians that put the founding principles of this country ahead of their party.
