It's pathetic. We all know the benefits of biking. Unfortunately, we all know there are bozos everywhere, and gee, even on bikes, just like in cars. Most are slowly figuring out that the most argumentative of either type are just trolls. It's dangerous. It's expensive to separate the two. Most likely, full time bikers (like myself) pay for the roads too, through property taxes. Some don't, and of course, lots of drivers don't have insurance. Economics will dictate where we head on this on other issues, and in the meantime, if you care about your own safety, you'll do your best to provide it yourself.
