I can't pass an oppotunity to rejoice at these idiots getting hammered. I've fought with them for 4 years over a 90 days same as cash issue, in which they demand $330 in interest and penalties. I paid for the system in full within 80 days, and I owe them zero. They are utterly dishonest, and they continue to file with the credit bureaus out of spite. Dell has been found guilty of business fraud in class action suits across the country, and this latest blow is sweet justice.
