i have i phone 3g and on 4.2.1 BB 05.15.04.... is that necessary to upgrade to ipad and then down grade to 05.13.04?

i feel some new users who doesn't know the consequences of update and they just hit *update*. Or Someone having overconfidence that they will get unlock somehow.

select info column in itunes post connecting iphone .. select synchronize contacts with --> select windows address book ... so all your contacts in iphone will be copied to address book.

whenever you set phone as new just synchronize the contacts with windows address book...
