In the matter of ideologies, chavistas I know were trying to defend this project saying for example that the word socialism was not even used in any article. The devil is in the details, everybody knows that. Art. 12 states "La educación ambiental, la enseñanza del idioma castellano, la historia y la geografía de Venezuela. Así como los principios del Ideario Bolivariano son de obligatoria cumplimiento, tanto en las instituciones oficiales como privadas" Now who knows what this "ideario Bolivariano" really is? I didn't know so I looked for information.....the things I found, I didn't like, it seems like a mixture of different things where of course marxism, socialism and such play a role..... two things I found: A document explaining the "philosophy" which is in a government site: http://www.minec.gob.ve/publicaciones/ideario_bol... and incredibly a FARC propaganda: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x115to_ideario-b... Are these new laws really valid? seeing the way they are being made, I wouldn't think so! :/

Hey, Actually after having looked for the original Poll results, I haven't found anything but the two contradicting reports, the first one (by Mr. Miranda) being the most repeated. The Gallup page does have one Poll for Honduras dated September 2008. This Poll looks more like the second report, but that's it --> 47% thought they were not heading to a better democracy, 29% thought they were heading to a coup d'stat - which Gallup claims is a rather large % in Latin America. Hondurans also thought in 2008 that the government and foreign governments were responsible for Honduras's unstability (50% and 41%, respectively). It is all very interesting, but it is not the Poll being mentioned here. "La Prensa" on online doesn't have the Poll neither!....:/

Yes It is.....Surely Hans (even if he also made a mistake) wanted to say that the word is written with Capital "S" and not with "s" (german Grammar)....:)...I'm what they call here: "Klugscheißer" - also with Capital "K" :D

I see no gun! :/ By the way: I read today in a german Newspaper (a normally serious one) that the bullet impacted the back of the Head. Does anybody know in which direction was the poor guy running and if there were soldiers behind? It sounded like a matter-of-factly comment in an otherwise Pro-Zelaya article.

I had the same feeling about it!.....I don't understand our country anymore..... Today I was listening one old Franco de Vita song: "no la dejes morir" (the one where Simón diaz sings at the end: "jamás te lo perdonaran") and thought that he probably had a divine premonition of Venezuela's future when he wrote it! ...it seemed so appropiate!... anyways I'm way off topic, so....

You know what a spanish saying states: "si eres carpintero todo lo que ves te parecen martillos". (or something like that!) I think this applies nicely here: It takes a brainless being to see brainless hackery wherever he reads. It was just a small joke; the way I see it, it would be better if people like this "Carlos" were really brainless, in that way they could be somehow be excused. Since they really are not, they only give me nausea, paid dogs! :/ One thing: Wasn't it the US, who pressed Germany, England and Italy to desist declaring war to Venezuela when Castro was president and didn't want to pay the debt? The irony!
