I work at a preschool and some parents don't understand keeping their kids home until they are WELL!!! I don't personally know this situation, however for you the assume that this employee KNEW what her boss was doing and then fault her for the director not managing the money correctly is idiocy. Generally the staff (the underpaid overworked staff) at daycare centers are the people who make it run. THEY are the ones who care for your kids when you work. YOU are the ones who choose to let them take care of your children. Don't blame them for something the director did.
