i have a 3gs 3.1.3 bb 5.12.01 can i use tinyumbrella to update to 4.2.1 and keep my bb at 5.12 ? (windows)

Hi, i have an 3gs on 3.1.3 .. 05.12.01 can i update it to 4.01 then jailbreak it and unlock it.. or is it only on 4.0 ?

I hope the DevTeam dont postponed the untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.2.1, rumours are theres a iOS 4.3 coming :(
