First of all, as a Christian, my beliefs are that homosexuality is immoral and a sin. That said, I don't judge people and their behavior; that's God's realm. I personally don't believe that homosexuals should be removed from service for being gay, they should however be removed from service for lying on a federal application which is punishable with jail time!! One of the best things about this country is the freedom to choose who I associate with and who I don't & being forced to live in close proximity with someone whose lifestyle I disagree with doesn't sit well with me. If in the future our Gov't sees fit to allow open homosexuality, they should also provide separate showering and berthing arrangements from basic training on through the career of the individuals involved. I'm sure there are people who might consider this as segregation, but if it comes down to it, segregate ME!!
