You can then use the file it generates to restore onto a different phone if necessary. The Google tool seems much more oriented towards lab results then the day to day testing that diabetics do. While in general I prefer the Nexus One, the number and general quality of apps available on the iPhone is better IMHO. One obvious example is games, the number of high quality games on the iPhone dwarfs what is available for Android. Some more examples, the Kindle application is better on the iPhone then it is on Android. My wife can easily buy MP3's through iTunes on her iPhone, I cannot on Android as the Amazon MP3 application is not available in Canada and no other alternative seems to exist. There are a large number of companies whose services I use which only have apps for the iPhone and not Android, for example CIBC, a Canadian bank, only has an iPhone application. Another example is to look at the quantity and quality of diabetes applications for the iPhone versus Android.
