Wow, I guess I am lucky to be alive. And my TEENAGE mother is now a college grad making good money in I.T., and married to my father for 25 years. I am certainly glad she was "allowed to keep an infant".

I also turned out pretty good. Two degrees, a behavior therapist (and imagine, I wasn't expected to grow up smart!) married for 4 years, with a child of my own (that I had when I was 27).

My husband has an Android and he still has to connect his phone to Samsung software to update. I don't see the difference.

The sad thing is, Bob knew this. He understood the dangers. He would NEVER EVER sue like this. I am sad that his name is being defiled by this woman.

Bob knew the dangers. This is not Bob. He is rolling over in his grave at this. And yes, I knew him. He would NEVER think to do something like this. This is just gross. Lady, stop now, you are only defiling Bob's name. No longer will he be known as an amazing musician, a diabetes nurse, a nurse to my best friend, or an advocate. He will now be known as the guy who got killed by a goat and who's crazy lady sued over it.

I think this can go both ways. All of the points above are valid.

However, I will admit that we have Cars loaded onto my old iPhone 3 for our toddler. BUT!! We don't have television at home. It is used rarely and not for very long. We also don't let him have it when he is tantruming, just to get through the last few minutes in the grocery store.

At home, without TV, there is constant parenting and interaction. My toddler has far less screen time than average toddlers. He is also EXTREMELY well behaved for 1.5 years.

Used wisely, this isn't horrible. Moderation is the key.

I know I am in the minority. I even have an Earth Science degree. Not that this is the place, but in a nutshell I believe that God created the processes that shape our Earth and nature. Also, there are scriptures comparing time as far as humans are concerned versus time as God is concerned. Therefore, I can justify, at least to myself, the differing views on "dating" humans.

Wait wait wait...you are an Apple fan but yet talking about how horrible Jobs is? I am confused. So, you gave this company money (I am assuming you have done so, based on you being a fan), then complain when the CEO of the company doesn't turn around and donate said money? Why not donate the money yourself and go without the Apple product?
