Awesome commitment today!Along with some luck.I was actually hoping we went a goal down early, rather than up.We seem to need that kick up the backside to fire up.The first goal was typical of some of luck over the years and the second pretty clear hand ball, though hard to see at full pace.Honestly, we still look completely unorganized for about 80% of the game and completely clueless in the final third of the pitch.Scott Parker is freakishly good,if could score like that a couple of times a month he would be equal to almost anyone, especially considering his surrounds!I have to say how disappointed i am with our crowd. After twice flying from oz over the last 8 years to catch 8 or so games,i think if the fans put as much effort into cheering as knocking back pies and pints the atmosphere would be much better!
Good luck to all of you that watch the game.Im refusing to get up 2am Syd,Aus time anymore to watch our team play so dreadfully again!. Too many ifs, buts and could have beens this seasons. Seems like everyone is an expert in hindsight. Zola and clarke are paid well to show their skills before the result and learn for the next time, otherwise they are no more successful than average joes like us. The blame should be split 50/50 manager and players. All of our players are more than capable in their own right to be able to combine to be an average mid table team.Nerves, motivation seem to be the problem as much as anything.Zola and management have not bought wisely and have not instilled any belief in our squad.I think formation 442,352,451 all mean jack once the whistle is blown, you can only play as good as the opposition let you,its so bloody simple,if you dont have the players you cant achieve much.Zola and Clarke and co i wish them the best but they must go,along with at least half dozen players that have been consistantly terrible, who more than likely will flourish in new colours. All support for staying up but nothing suprises, even if we win the last three! Which will probly be even more frustrating than just scraping in.
