So true, the players asked to revert to the old system until the anomalies in the contract be sorted out,
but the BIG WICB Board refused, I am in total support for the players. remember the NBA & Baseball
strike, this is all about working for the right price, this is a professional sport, these player are not playing for fun
this is their income, they have families to support and future pension. Peace & Respect.

I am in total support for the players, the board is a waste of time, all the players ask for is to revert to the old payment system until a settlement could be made later on, that is as easy as Sunday morning, the players were unanimously
not satisfied with this fervently sellout of their contract by their representatives. But the big bad board refuse the players solution and decided not to compromise with the players suggestion.. Unbelievable. this board should resign with immediately effect. This was a wholistic decision agreed by all the players and Captains. Peace & respect.

Apparently, you have to empathise with the players before drawing any conclusion, get a synopsis and gathering of evidence. there are 2 sides of a story, look at the offence and defence. The players have rights and family and what will happen in the future, they are humane just like every other being. I am not taking any side, all I am perpetuating is that the players believe that the negotiation was unjust, and simply ask to revert to the old format until something could be work out in the future. This is a simple solution, but the WI Cricketing Board some of whom never played the game, some have maybe a management degree/status, refuse the offer. What a mess, so today our cricket is in shambles.. I await the resolution on this one.. PEACE & RESPECT.

The Administration are killing our cricket, most of them never played the GAME, the players asked to revert to the old rates until the impact the new rates cause could be revisited, revised and anomalies taken care of. However the board rejected that offer. Well the aftermath is the players pull-out of the tour.. what a mess and tatters our cricket are in presently... Unbelievable.. NO ONE IS BIGGER THAN THE GAME.. .. I await the commotion postmodern. Peace & Respect......
