It's that time of year! The beautiful weather brings out the vintage vehicles which can be distracting and the motorcycles lots of motorcycles and bicyclists as well. It is so important as drivers that we remember that they are on the road too and more effort needs to be taken when making any lane changes, turns, etc. It appears that good judgment was not followed here by the car's driver in this case. As someone else posted that motorcycles are not supposed to ride side by side, but we do know and see State Troopers and City Police often do. Would that have made a difference in this case? Would only one Trooper have been injured if riding behind one another? Who really knows. Well wishes to all involved. Let's keep our eyes and ears open to the traffic around us. Keep ourselves and those around us safe!

The bartender fell off his/her job by not asking for ID and serving a minor. This is quite an infraction all by itself. Over serving is also the bartender's fault. So the hotel lounge should reconsider there employee. I get that the minor over drank and dld stupid thereby ruining a couple of rooms, so who's fault is that, again. The leak I am going to assume is that of the person that doesn't want the levy to pass. All I get from this story is that it is old news and that some people had too much to drink. Sure they probably should have just had a couple of drinks (minus the minor) and called it a night. Since when didn't we ALL get stupid at least once in our lives? Any good bartender would have had this situation under control and you would not see any of this in the news.
