Adams and Mc Guinness have said that Rogers' remarks are untrue. What is Rogers' motivation in making untruths public?

There are many reasons for educational underachievement. Most American and British social scientists are agreed that the key lead variable is parenting practice in the child's home. Longitudinal studies in New York and Chicago show that children from ghettos monitored and mentored from birth by professionally trained volunteers achieve outstanding results. It is claimed that the expense of these schemes is offset by reduced public expenditure on children drawn into crime and anti-social behaviour.
Australia spends less money per head than the UK on social deprivation with superior results.
A low cost start can be made in Belfast schools to-morrow where committed volunteers can be excused for two hours per week from work to go into schools and help to motivate underachieving children.
The Belfast Telegraph could lead a crusade and market the scheme.

Robinson has said that he and Mc Guinness had a deal on welfare reform but Mc Guinness states on Radio Foyle that there was no such deal. Was the special Saturday morning meeting minuted? If so , let's have the minutes published to establish the truth?

Nolan used statistics from the Dept of education so why has he not sent a copy of his report to the Minister, John O'Dowd?

I had my DNA checked for a history project and I was thrilled to be told that I was pure Viking and hence a colonist in Ireland. Anna Lo should heed the advice of Dr Samuel Johnston: " Language is the dress of thought".

Nowhere in the world has the Catholic Church given up control of its schools(a perfectly logical position because the Catholic ethos is universal in its practice). The Catholic Church will agree to "shared education" but not integrated as it will not surrender its imperative to educate catholic children according to its ethos and teaching.
Wilson's polemical point scoring will not bring about a single education system in Northern Ireland. Catholic parents can rebel and vote to have the Maintained status of their school changed to integrated(this has never happened here).
