I have had 5 back surgeries that started with one hurniated disk, that then became two, to the number 3 than they say spinal instability (well no sh~t, after cutting you up several times what is to be expected? But they never tell you that this is a possability) then fusion that fails after a year to give much more intense pain, on to the narcotics and another operation to fix the failed front opening that burst back open after 5 years. My advice if you have the pain from one disk inactivity for two months to let it repair itself of the rest of your life in worse pain than starting out with ;with incapicity resulting from the several failed surgerys.
