<description>If all these nominees with tax issues are indicitive of the general population there must be millions of dollars in uncollected taxes out there.  As to all the &amp;quot;unintentional&amp;quot; errors, this may be symptomatic of an overly complex tax code.  A flat tax or stepped tax, stripped of loop holes, would make it easier to file and audit.  Yes, it would probably negatively impact tax accountants, tax prepares and IRS employees/ </description>
