You gotta do your homework! I've been victimized by a local company and what was suppose to be a half day move from Bellevue to Seattle turned into a two day nightmare. I did all the packing the night before as all I needed was a company to do the heavy lifting. They showed up on time and with in 2 hours had the truck loaded. They agreed to meet in Seattle at the new location in 30 minutes, but hours later failed to appear. I panicked calling the company only to be told the truck had broke down and they would get my stuff to me asap. By the next day I was still calling and was then told I would have to pay extra for storing the furnishings over night in a warehouse since the truck had to be unloaded for repairs and won't deliver till I paid with my credit card over the phone. The movers finally showed up several hours later but then refused to unload my stuff till I paid them for an additional 8 hours labor fee! Trying to keep calm I did and waited till they got everything out before I unloaded on them. Didn't matter much as they jumped in the truck and disappeared. Turns out they well known for this scam, but the company was long out of business before I could get a court date in small claims.

It's his vacation spot and future retirement. Great ideal. Maybe should be more like, if the iWitness is armed a console attendant is notified to start monitoring the audio/video with the GPS location and popup of the local emergency numbers for that location. If the attendant feels their is enough reason to call for help as in, the user screams for HELP or POLICE, they are able to do so, much like a Brinks home security monitor would.

I almost mowed down a bicyclist the other day near downtown as I changed lanes from right to left (outside to inside). After checking my rear view mirrors, I became aware of a bicycle approaching fast from behind me and to my right. They were riding right down the middle of the double yellow at a high rate of speed. But before I could even start half way into my lane change I hear someone screaming obscenities to my left as they zip past me and nearly plow into a center medium as they swerve to avoid being hit. Apparently the bicyclist, ignoring my signal, tried to zip around me from behind and pass on my left at full speed before I could even possibly notice. Then the idiot begins to lecture me with more obscenities like i'm at fault. Who ultimately looses in a car bike accident?

Today, I just replaced a very old broken down apartment size grill with a Tru-Infrared Gourmet Charbroil. I'm a Weber believer but as I stood in Home Depot these new IR grills were surrounded by folks looking them over, some with a recent consumers report showing they had the highest rating. The sales person kindly knocked $15 off the one I was looking at for another couple so I bite. Took it home, assembly wasn't bad, took about hour and half. The entire head is preassembled so it's just the bottom base and sides that are assembled. I cranked it up to clean for 20 minutes to burn off the factory residues as I prepped a burger patty and some chicken skewers. With the hood closed it pegged out the thermometer which reads over 650 degrees. Once it was ready I started my meats and found myself turning them and taking them off the grill in far less time then my older gas grill. I have to say I was quite impressed with how juicy the meat was. These infrareds are everything the sals pitch said it would be. With stainless steel burners that are protected by the IR shield, porcelain cast iron grills, stainless steel and baked enamel parts, I suspect this grill will last quite awhile. I felt the $250 I paid at Home Depot was a good deal.

WA has increased the penalties for child abuse over the past 20 years to the point that most sex offenses are class A felony with 20 year sentences. But in this case, 1st degree murder carries with it the death penalty or at a minimum, life without. How much more of an increase can you possibly expect?
