And did you find a solution? The alternatve is to wait for 4.1 and the JB isn't it? It wouldn't annoy me, coz I don't need the camera.

What do you mean in 4. (Choose NOT to restore from the recent backup)? I have an older backup, but this was taken before update tu 4.0.1.

Hi all,
since I updated my 3GS to 4.0.1, the device don't save pictures any more. The camera works perfect; the latest picture is shown for a while (1 day) in the small window on the left side and iI can open it. If I try to do anything else (delete, send to ...) I get "saving picture ... and that's it for hours. Albums etc. are empty. Browsing the device with Ifiles I found some thumbs (12 kb or smaller) in var/media/photodata/100Apple. Anybody knows a solution?

Hi, just need advice: 3gs 3.1.3, MC 139, jb spirit, BR 6.4, BB 05.12.01, SHSH save.
Unlock would be great. Should I update to 4.x to jb with jailbreakme and ul with ultrasnow?

To manage a sim card, take simanager (on cydia).
The sync with ms outlook may be disappointing, it depends on the format of your contacts (esp. phone numbers, adresses, zip-code - outlook is quite different in different countrys).
If you got more than 200 contacts to sync, I'd prefer funambol app (google it). Works fine, no limits and the possibility to sync all devices and take your contacts with you.

I just installed the latest iTunes-version on another PC - Spirit ran very well and confirmed an successfull jailbreak. But now the device stucks in dfu. Finally I'm at loss.

I did try this already. Result: "Please install a correct version of iTunes then run spirit again" In iTunes I'm on 9.0.3.15. Do I have to update? I'm a bit cautious in updating Apple-products.

Hi,
running spirit I get this error-message:

„Die Ordnungszahl 3719 wurde in der DLL „LIBEAY32.dll“ nicht gefunden
it means "the ordinal (reference) number 3719 was not found in DLLLIBEAY32.dll"

Device: 3GS 3.1.3, Win XP

any ideas?
