I understand that we need to keep our dogs safe, but what about cats that roam the neighborhoods and have more contact with the outside world.
Also are we turning into a communist country the next thing that will happen is going door to door seeing if you are a US citizen. I think our tax dollars can go to something better than this. Why not use the money that you do have and use it on something better than taking all of our money. I am a single parent who has a handicapped child and also handicapped myself I cant afford to pay for a stupid license how about tacking the costs on people who have animals that are bad or people who dont take care of their pets and the pets get taken into the pound get them to pay for it . Isnt the United States a free country or does the Police and the dog Police need to drum up business to invade our privacy.
