The vin numbers are on the vec and boats the police can find the owners then they can have them pulled out or ticketed. You can find movers to move the trailers. The trailers well you know that they had to have owners and they were owned . So there is paper work that comes with them find them and chanrge them to have them move it or get ticketed but as for the trash that is up to you guys you made the mess now clean it up and stop complaning there is more things on the news then you guys crying because you are loosing money because you have a mess that you and the folks around there made.
