Bravo Ken, Our Govenor has some gaul stating that it is OK to add to the cost of higher education since the increase in PEL Grant money will keep things even. The idea was to increase the opportunity for our childern to get the higher education needed to compete in this world. Where does this leave the middle class families? Without a higher education I believe.
