<description>Hi Hans,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We use Twilio for phone services rather than Skype and yes, it can be used globally.   Calls are handled through our site, so when you press the red button, we will call you and then connect you to the interviewee, never any long distance charges. </description>
