We get your timezone when you sign up, and store it. Then when you are scheduling interviews, we are storing them in your local time. That way, you don't have to worry about timezone stuff :)

Hi Hans,

We use Twilio for phone services rather than Skype and yes, it can be used globally. Calls are handled through our site, so when you press the red button, we will call you and then connect you to the interviewee, never any long distance charges.
